KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act) was
signed into law in December 2003. The FACT Act, a revision of
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, allows consumers to get one free
comprehensive disclosure of all the information in their credit file
from each of the three national credit reporting companies once
every 12 months through a Central Source.

disclosure at the same time?

Consumers will be able to get their statutory annual credit file
disclosure beginning Dec. 1, 2004.

How can I request my free statutory annual credit file
disclosure?

The FACT Act required that the national credit reporting
companies establish a central source though which you will
request the statutory free annual credit file disclosures.

Which credit reporting company's free statutory annual credit
file disclosure do I receive?

You are entitled to receive your free statutory annual credit file
disclosure from each of the three national credit reporting
companies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Remember, your
request must be placed through the Central Source.

How often can I get a free credit file disclosure?

The FACT Act entitles consumers to get one free statutory credit
file disclosure from each of the three national credit reporting
companies once per year. Because of state law, residents of
Georgia can receive two free credit reports per year.

What are monitoring alerts?

Your Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports are
monitored daily to see if key information has changed or if new
data has been added. You will receive a monitoring alert if
essential information has changed on your report. That way, you
can identify fraudulent activity early in cases where credit
activity is unfamiliar or unauthorized.

A Monthly All Clear email will be sent when no key changes have
been posted to any of your three national credit reports in the
past month.

As a Triple Advantage member, all three of your national credit
reports will be monitored on a daily basis. When key changes are
detected, you will receive email and, if you choose, SMS Mobile
Text messaging alerts.

How do I enroll for SMS Text Messaging alerts?

Alerts of key changes to your credit reports are always sent
through email. As a member, you have the option to also receive
alerts via SMS Mobile Text messaging. There are three alert
emails that you may receive through SMS Mobile Text
Messaging:

Monitoring Alert -- This will inform you whenever a key change is
detected on any of your three national credit reports.

companies instead of all three?

ChildSecureSM

What is ChildSecure?

ChildSecure helps you protect your children from identity theft by
closely monitoring your enrolled children's credit information,
and alerting you if someone applies for credit or opens checking
accounts using your children's personal information. ChildSecure
can be added to your Triple Advantage membership.

Why does my child have a credit history?

There are several legitimate reasons for your child to have a
credit history. Some banks and credit card companies allow
parents to add children to their credit cards. Your child might
have a credit history if he or she is listed as an authorized user on
your account. Similarly, some financial institutions (banks) allow
minors to obtain checking accounts.

Why can't I see my child's information online?----
KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

We take you and your children's privacy and security seriously.
That's why we insist upon verifying your identity before we show
you any of your children's personal information such as Credit
Reports. Because there is no definite way for you to prove that
you are the parent or guardian of your child online, we require
you to fax documentation to us as proof. Once we have received
this information and verified that you are the parent or guardian,
you will be able to obtain a hard copy of your child's information
in the mail. That way, no else can access your child's
information.

If I can obtain this information about my child's files, can't other
people also obtain this information?

No. That is why you cannot view your child's information online.
You must first fax in documents proving that you are the parent or
legal guardian before we will send your child's credit files.

If I enroll my child, what will you do with my child's information?

When you enroll your children, we use their information to
monitor their credit information. We are unable to monitor your
children's personal information until you provide us with their first
and last names, dates of birth, and Social Security Numbers. This
information is required to verify their identities. Your children's
information is safe with us, and will be used to verify their
identities, and so we may begin monitoring their personal
information. To learn more, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Is my child entitled to a free Credit Report by law?

Yes. You will find instructions for requesting your child's free
Credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com. For security and
privacy reasons, only parents or guardians may request a Credit
Report on behalf of a minor child under 13 years of age. Please
note that additional identification documentation must be
provided to prove you are the child's parent or guardian.
Instructions for completing these requests can be accessed
through www.annualcreditreport.com.

Why aren't the graphs or calculators showing up?-----
KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

You must have Java installed in order to view our graphs and
calculators. You may download Java free of charge at www.java.
com.

Can I monitor my child without enrolling myself in this product?

No. You must be an active Triple Advantage member enrolled in
ChildSecure to enjoy our valuable benefits.

How do I change the information on my report?

You may not change items in your Report unless the information
is proven to be inaccurate, or you initiate a dispute process that
results in updated information. For Credit Report disputes, go to
your "Credit Center," then to "Dispute Information."

How will I be billed if I take advantage of ChildSecure
Monitoring?

If you purchase ChildSecure Monitoring, you will be billed your
regular membership fee plus the additional fee for ChildSecure ..

Consumer Credit Report: What's On It ---
KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

In 1949 Diner’s Club launched the first charge-card company. Fifty-five years
later, Americans spend more using credit cards than they spend with cash,
according to a study by Dove Consulting. With more than $2 trillion worth of
credit card transactions each year, the creditworthiness of card users is an
increasingly important issue to creditors and consumers alike.

While most people realize that their personal creditworthiness is tracked on
something called a credit report, few know much about it or their scoring. The
score, known as a FICO score, was developed by Fair Isaac & Co. to evaluate
the likelihood that consumers will pay their bills. FICO scores range from a
low of 300 (highest risk) points to a high of 850 points (lowest risk) and are
used as the deciding factor on more than 75% of credit applications, according
to Equifax, one of the three major credit bureaus in the United States. In 2003,
nearly 50% of Americans had a FICO score between 700 and 800.

In determining the FICO score, mathematical models are used to analyze the
data on an applicant’s credit report, taking into consideration five factors:
previous credit performance, current level of indebtedness, time credit has
been in use, types of credit available and pursuit of new credit.

What's on The Report and Why Should I Care?
An in-depth look at a credit report provided by Equifax provides a good
overview of the type of information that can be obtained from any of the major
credit reporting bureaus. The Equifax report is divided into seven sections.

The first section contains personal data, such as current and previous
addresses, social security number and employment history. This is crucial
data to identity thieves, so be sure to protect it by making sure this information
is correct and accurate, and if you discard it, shred thoroughly.

The second section of the Equifax report provides a summary of the applicant’
s credit history. It includes the number of accounts (both open and closed) held
by the applicant, the type of accounts (mortgage, installment, revolving, or
others), the number of credit inquiries over the last 12 months, the number of
accounts that are past due as well as those in good standing. Intuitively, it may
seem like the more accounts you have open, the higher your credit score will
be, but when it comes to credit, more is not necessarily better.

When financial institutions review your credit report prior to approving a loan,
they often assume that you will use all of the available credit on your credit
cards and factor-in the monthly payments that would be required to service
that debt. If you have a dozen credit cards, all with zero balances, you might
have no problem making a $2,000 mortgage payment each month, but the bank
might look at the situation differently. If the bank factors in your ability to make
monthly payments on a dozen credit cards in addition to a $2,000 mortgage,
your creditworthiness may be diminished.

The third section provides detailed account information. It includes the name,
account type, account number, date opened, balance and status of every
account on the applicant’s record. A breakdown of each account provides
payment history, date of last activity and contact information for the credit
issuer. The section also includes a summary of past-due accounts and
accounts with a negative credit history. If you disagree with any of this
information, you have the right to challenge it. Under federal law, the credit
reporting agency then has 30 days to respond to your challenge. If your
challenge is successful, the offending information will be removed from your
report.

account when your FICO score is calculated. An excessive number of hard
inquiries have a negative impact on your score. Soft inquiries are generated
by your current creditors checking on your status, personally checking your
own credit. Potential lenders don’t see these inquirers when they review your
credit report, and these inquiries do not impact your credit report.
credit card issuers reviewing your file to see if they wish to extend an
unsolicited offer and you
personally checking your own credit. Potential lenders don’t see these
inquirers when they review your credit report, and these inquiries do not
impact your credit report.

The fifth section details any accounts that have been turned over to a credit
agency. If you failed to make payments and any of your accounts were sent to
collection, information about the delinquent accounts appears here. Similarly,
the sixth section of the report provides information about liens, wage
garnishments or other judgments that appear against you in federal, state or
county court records.

The seventh section of the report provides information on how to dispute any
of the information on your credit report. When it comes to delinquent accounts
and other damaging information, the only way to repair your credit is to wait.
Despite the claims of those late-night infomercials, once negative information
appears on your credit report, there is little you can do to clear it up if the
information is truthful and accurate. The Federal Trade Commission says such
information remains on your report for seven years, with several exceptions.
Bankruptcy remains on your report for ten years. Lawsuit-related information
remains until the suit is settled. To avoid these problems, make all payments
on time and don’t ignore any issues that arise with creditors.

How That Information Impacts Your Score
Factors such as payment history, the length of time an individual has had
credit and the individual’s employment history all play a role in determining
your FICO score. So, even though you may have an excellent source of income
and pay all of your bills on time and in-full, if you don’t have a mortgage, car
payments or revolving debt of any kind, it is unlikely that your FICO score will
be 850.

Equifax cites late payments, or lack thereof, length of credit history and the
size of account balances in relation to your credit limits as major factors that
impact your FICO score. Even if you pay off the full amount owed on your credit
cards each month, the size of the bill has an impact on your score, as large
balances are frowned upon.

Check Your Credit--- KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM
If you are contemplating a significant purchase, such as a second home or a
substantial piece of property, running a credit check on yourself is a good idea.
If you run the check at least 90 days prior to your purchase, you should have
plenty of time to address any discrepancies that appear on the report.

While credit reports can be obtained from a variety of sources, the three major
credit bureaus in the United States are Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.

Credit reports can be ordered online and obtained instantly. The cost of
obtaining a credit report is less than $50 per person. Keep in mind that each of
these credit bureaus operates independently, so you may need to request a
report from each of them to get a complete picture of your credit history.

Conclusion
Despite the many advertisements that promise to repair bad credit, prevention
is the best way to avoid credit problems. Once negative information appears
on your credit report, there is little you can do to clear it up if the information is
truthful and accurate. However, over time – generally about seven to ten years
– this information is removed from your credit report. To prevent this type of
damaging information from getting onto your credit report in the first place, as
well as to improve your chances of obtaining future financing, be sure to make
all your payments on time and do not ignore issues that arise with creditors.---

About Your Free Credit Report and Free Credit Score

Your credit report is a snapshot of your credit at a particular moment in time. The reality is that information is constantly flowing in and out of your credit
report.

Credit applications, home and auto loans, payments, and even an address change or inquiry from a prospective creditor all show up on your credit report
– and affect your credit score.

Your credit score, although not a part of your credit report, is calculated based on the information in your credit report.

Credit scores allow lenders to quickly make on-the-spot credit decisions based on a 3-digit number that sums up your credit worthiness. There are many
credit scoring models in use today; all are designed to rate your likelihood to repay your debts.

When you order your credit report, you´ll also receive your current credit score as well as an analysis of the factors affecting your score.

Credit history is the main determining factor of credit nowadays, but there are potential problems that can work against consumers. Since some credit
reports can contain inaccuracies serious enough to cause consumers to be denied credit, a loan or even a job, keeping abreast of changes to your credit
file is vitally important.
Identity theft is also on the rise, now being the number one consumer complaint reported to the Federal Trade Commission. One of the first places
identity theft shows up is often on your credit report. Monitoring your credit is one of the easiest and most effective ways of protecting your credit against
errors and fraud.
FREE CREDIT REPORT

Did you know that you have three credit reports, and these credit reports are not necessarily the same? Your credit reports can
contain different
information because lenders and creditors may report your accounts to one or two of the three national credit bureaus who report
data independently. By checking all three of your credit reports, you can make sure you are maintaining a healthy credit profile. And
a healthy, active credit profile can be
the key to obtaining low loan rates. This is because lenders use credit reports to see how consumers have utilized their credit in
the past.

If you have been responsible with your accounts and have been able to pay your debts on time, then chances are you are doing well
with your credit.
Your Access to Free Credit Reports

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA
) requires each of the
nationwide consumer reporting companies — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
— to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every
12 months. The FCRA promotes the accuracy and privacy of information in the
files of the nation’s consumer reporting companies. The Federal Trade Commission
(FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the FCRA with respect to
consumer reporting companies.------------KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

A credit report includes information on where you live, how you pay your bills, and
whether you’ve been sued or arrested, or have filed for bankruptcy. Nationwide
consumer reporting companies sell the information in your report to creditors,
insurers, employers, and other businesses that use it to evaluate your applications
for credit, insurance, employment, or renting a home.

Here are the details about your rights under the FCRA and the Fair and Accurate
Credit Transactions (FACT) Act, which established the free annual credit report
program.

Q: How do I order my free report?
A: The three nationwide consumer reporting companies have set up a central
website, a toll-free telephone number, and a mailing address through which you
can order your free annual report.

To order, visit annualcreditreport.com, call                1-877-322-8228        , or
complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form and mail it to: Annual Credit
Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281. The form is
on the back of this brochure; or you can print it from ftc.gov/credit. Do not contact
the three nationwide consumer reporting companies individually. They are
providing free annual credit reports only through annualcreditreport.com,
1-877-322-8228        , and Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box
105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281.

You may order your reports from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting
companies at the same time, or you can order your report from each of the
companies one at a time. The law allows you to order one free copy of your report
from each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies every 12 months.

A Warning About “Imposter” Websites
Only one website is authorized to fill orders for the free annual credit report you are
entitled to under law — annualcreditreport.com. Other websites that claim to offer
“free credit reports,” “free credit scores,” or “free credit monitoring” are not part of
the legally mandated free annual credit report program. In some cases, the “free”
product comes with strings attached. For example, some sites sign you up for a
supposedly “free” service that converts to one you have to pay for after a trial
period. If you don’t cancel during the trial period, you may be unwittingly agreeing
to let the company start charging fees to your credit card.

Some “imposter” sites use terms like “free report” in their names; others have URLs
that purposely misspell annualcreditreport.com in the hope that you will mistype
the name of the official site. Some of these “imposter” sites direct you to other sites
that try to sell you something or collect your personal information.

Annualcreditreport.com and the nationwide consumer reporting companies will not
send you an email asking for your personal information. If you get an email, see a
pop-up ad, or get a phone call from someone claiming to be from
annualcreditreport.com or any of the three nationwide consumer reporting
companies, do not reply or click on any link in the message. It’s probably a scam.
Forward any such email to the FTC at spam@uce.gov.-------
KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

Q: What information do I need to provide to get my free report?
A: You need to provide your name, address, Social Security number, and date of
birth. If you have moved in the last two years, you may have to provide your
previous address. To maintain the security of your file, each nationwide consumer
reporting company may ask you for some information that only you would know, like
the amount of your monthly mortgage payment. Each company may ask you for
different information because the information each has in your file may come from
different sources.

Q: Why do I want a copy of my credit report?
A: Your credit report has information that affects whether you can get a loan — and
how much you will have to pay to borrow money. You want a copy of your credit
report to:

make sure the information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date before you apply
for a loan for a major purchase like a house or car, buy insurance, or apply for a job.
help guard against identity theft. That’s when someone uses your personal
information — like your name, your Social Security number, or your credit card
number — to commit fraud. Identity thieves may use your information to open a
new credit card account in your name. Then, when they don’t pay the bills, the
delinquent account is reported on your credit report. Inaccurate information like
that could affect your ability to get credit, insurance, or even a job.

Q: How long does it take to get my report after I order it?
A: If you request your report online at annualcreditreport.com, you should be able
to access it immediately. If you order your report by calling toll-free                1-877-
322-8228        , your report will be processed and mailed to you within 15 days. If
you order your report by mail using the Annual Credit Report Request Form, your
request will be processed and mailed to you within 15 days of receipt.

Whether you order your report online, by phone, or by mail, it may take longer to
receive your report if the nationwide consumer reporting company needs more
information to verify your identity.

There also may be times when the nationwide consumer reporting companies
receive a high volume of requests for credit reports. If that happens, you may be
asked to re-submit your request. Or, you may be told that your report will be mailed
to you sometime after 15 days from your request. If either of these events occurs,
the nationwide consumer reporting companies will let you know.

Q: Are there any other situations where I might be eligible for a free report?
A: Under federal law, you’re entitled to a free report if a company takes adverse
action against you, such as denying your application for credit, insurance, or
employment, and you ask for your report within 60 days of receiving notice of the
action. The notice will give you the name, address, and phone number of the
consumer reporting company. You’re also entitled to one free report a year if you’re
unemployed and plan to look for a job within 60 days; if you’re on welfare; or if your
report is inaccurate because of fraud, including identity theft. Otherwise, a
consumer reporting company may charge you up to $10.50 for another copy of
your report within a
12-month period.

To buy a copy of your report, contact:

Equifax:               1-800-685-1111        ; equifax.com
Experian:                1-888-397-3742        ; experian.com
TransUnion:                1-800-916-8800        ; transunion.com
Under state law, consumers in Colorado, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts,
New Jersey, and Vermont already have free access to their credit reports.

Q: Should I order a report from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting
companies?
A: It’s up to you. Because nationwide consumer reporting companies get their
information from different sources, the information in your report from one
company may not reflect all, or the same, information in your reports from the other
two companies. That’s not to say that the information in any of your reports is
necessarily inaccurate; it just may be different.

Q: Should I order my reports from all three of the nationwide consumer reporting
companies at the same time?
A: You may order one, two, or all three reports at the same time, or you may
stagger your requests. It’s your choice. Some financial advisors say staggering your
requests during a 12-month period may be a good way to keep an eye on the
accuracy and completeness of the information in your reports.

Q: What if I find errors — either inaccuracies or incomplete information — in my
credit report?
A: Under the FCRA, both the consumer reporting company and the information
provider (that is, the person, company, or organization that provides information
about you to a consumer reporting company) are responsible for correcting
inaccurate or incomplete information in your report. To take full advantage of your
rights under this law, contact the consumer reporting company and the information
provider.--------KNOWLEDGEFINANCIAL.COM

Tell the consumer reporting company, in writing, what information you think is
inaccurate.
Consumer reporting companies must investigate the items in question — usually
within 30 days — unless they consider your dispute frivolous. They also must
forward all the relevant data you provide about the inaccuracy to the organization
that provided the information.

After the information provider receives notice of a dispute from the consumer
reporting company, it must investigate, review the relevant information, and report
the results back to the consumer reporting company. If the information provider
finds the disputed information is inaccurate, it must notify all three nationwide
consumer reporting companies so they can correct the information in your file.

When the investigation is complete, the consumer reporting company must give
you the written results and a free copy of your report if the dispute results in a
change. (This free report does not count as your annual free report under the FACT
Act.) If an item is changed or deleted, the consumer reporting company cannot put
the disputed information back in your file unless the information provider verifies
that it is accurate and complete. The consumer reporting company also must send
you written notice that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
information provider.

Tell the creditor or other information provider in writing that you dispute an item.
Many providers specify an address for disputes. If the provider reports the item to a
consumer reporting company, it must include a notice of your dispute. And if you
are correct — that is, if the information is found to be inaccurate — the information
provider may not report it again.
Q: What can I do if the consumer reporting company or information provider won’t
correct the information I dispute?

A: If an investigation doesn’t resolve your dispute with the consumer reporting
company, you can ask that a statement of the dispute be included in your file and
in future reports. You also can ask the consumer reporting company to provide your
statement to anyone who received a copy of your report in the recent past. You
can expect to pay a fee for this service.

If you tell the information provider that you dispute an item, a notice of your
dispute must be included any time the information provider reports the item to a
consumer reporting company.

Q: How long can a consumer reporting company report negative information?
A: A consumer reporting company can report most accurate negative information
for seven years and bankruptcy information for 10 years. There is no time limit on
reporting information about criminal convictions; information reported in response
to your application for a job that pays more than $75,000 a year; and information
reported because you’ve applied for more than $150,000 worth of credit or life
insurance. Information about a lawsuit or an unpaid judgment against you can be
reported for seven years or until the statute of limitations runs out, whichever is
longer.

Q: Can anyone else can get a copy of my credit report?
A: The FCRA specifies who can access your credit report. Creditors, insurers,
employers, and other businesses that use the information in your report to evaluate
your applications for credit, insurance, employment, or renting a home are among
those that have a legal right to access your report.

Q: Can my employer get my credit report?
A: Your employer can get a copy of your credit report only if you agree. A
consumer reporting company may not provide information about you to your
employer, or to a prospective employer, without your written consent.----
